HBO Now is the best place for great movies online. But, what movies can you look forward to on HBO Now in August 2018?
The most exciting every month on HBO Now are not the movies that will be added on the first day of the month. This list sometimes contains some great stuff, but it is the theatrical premieres that are what people are most interested in.
There won’t be that many fantastic movies coming to HBO Now in August, but my personal favorite is the modern movie based on the Agatha Christie book “Murder on the Orient Express.” Besides this one, there will be three other theatrical premieres. I watched Father Figures in the cinema, but it wasn’t really worth watching.
I haven’t seen Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, but based on the trailer, it looks very interesting. The daughter of a stubborn lady is killed, but nothing seems to happen. That is when the stubborn lady places three billboards outside Ebbing that is about to stir everything up.
If that isn’t enough, then there will also be a historical drama coming up, Darkest Hour. Here we can watch Gary Oldman in the role as Winston Churchill. He was nominated for an Oscar because of this role, and he does a great job from start till end.
