One of the HBO series that people have been look forward to for a long time is True Detective. The first season turned into a great success, and now with new characters and actors the second season just had its premiere on June 21st.
In the second season you will meet Rachel McAdams, Colin Farrell, Taylor Kitsch and Vince Vaughn as the main characters and the story takes place in Los Angeles. So far we have not seen Rachel McAdams to much in this kind of action, and Vince Vaughn has rather been known as a comedy kind of guy, but this seems to be very good, at least based on episode 1 in season 2 that had its premiere on June 21st, and was made available at HBO Now immediately afterwards.

There are quite a lot of disappointed people worldwide, because many people had hoped that HBO Now would be made available for Chromecast and Android users before the True Detective premiere on June 21st, but that did not turn true, but within a month HBO Now will hopefully be made available on these platforms, making it available to millions of new people at once. Since HBO had a three month contract with Apple to give them the first rights this is how things have been so far, but as the three months come to an end, HBO Now will come to Android and Chromecast as well!
