HBO Now is a brilliant streaming service from HBO available even without an HBO cable subscription. But can I watch HBO Now in Europe? Is it possible?
HBO Now is HBO’s answer to a demand from the public for a platform online where HBO fans could pay an annual fee and get access to all HBO goodies without an actual cable subscription to HBO. That is also the difference between HBO Now and HBO Go, as HBO Go is available online to everyone with an actual cable subscription, while HBO Now is the service for those without any existing HBO subscription at all.

The question however is whether or not you can watch HBO Now in Europe?

At the moment HBO Now is only available in the United States. In other words you will not be able to sign up for a new HBO Now account if you try to visit hbonow.com in for example Spain, in England or in Germany. But, what if you already have an HBO Now subscription that you made while in the USA and now you are on a trip to Europe and want to use your subscription. Can you use your existing HBO Now subscription in Europe? The answer is no! But, if you do not take no for an answer I suggest that you keep on reading!
Do you really want to watch HBO Now in Europe?
If you really want to watch the latest episodes of Game of Thrones and the other content available on HBO Now in Europe then this is what you will need to do. First of all you will need to get yourself an American IP address. That can be done easily using the VPN services of PureVPN.
You simply visit their website and sign up and download their program. Then you connect to a server in USA and you will get an American IP address which will make all websites believe that you are located in USA. Then you can visit hbonow.com and if you do not have an account yet, sign up for a new HBO Now account, or if you have an account, log in and continue watching your favorite HBO series and lots of other content.

Can’t believe it, but only a few days and Game of Thrones will come to an end… Thanks for the instructions, I am not now ready to watch the final episode straight away on HBO Now with my subscription, even though I am in Hungary (Europe).
